The camp will be open during the month of June (from June 6th to July 1st) in our new facilities in Famalicão, an optimized space for physical and technical training, as well as an 11-a-side football field.

The program compreends the following:

– Initial Evaluations
– Neuromuscular training
– Jump Ability
– Maximum speed and acceleration
– Aerobic Capacity
– Individual Technique
– Cognitive Training
– Visual Training
– Nutritional Assessment and Monitoring

These will be the main contents that we will cover during these four weeks.
